Der zusammen mit Nicole Uphoff entwickelte Grand Gilbert Dressursattel hat einen traditionellen Holzsattelbaum. Sitzleder und Knielage sind aus Jupaleder, welches ein aussergewöhnlich weiches Sitzgefühl vermittelt. Die von Passier entwickelte Schenkelpausche macht es leichter, die Schenkel in der korrekten Position zu behalten, ohne die reiterlichen Hilfen zu stören. Das Triangel-Strippensystem schliesst eine Vorwärtsbewegung des Sattels nahezu aus. Die Kammerweite beträgt 27,5 cm (aufgrund des zurückgeschnittenen Kopfes des Sattelbaumes ist diese für ca. 90% aller Pferde ausreichend), andere Kammerweiten auf Anfrage! incl. Kissenkeil. Optional erhältlich haltungsverbessernder, extra tiefer Sitz (Aufpreis: 200,- EUR), 1 cm höhere Schenkelpauschen (kein Aufpreis), Passier Sattelkissen für mehr Widerristfreiheit mit Kissenkeil (Aufpreis: 60 EUR).
