Religions of the World: Comparative Religion
This site is devoted to bringing to one place on the internet the key books and writings of human spiritual and religious thought.
Covering the major religions of the world, alternative spiritual systems, and ancient mythologies, this is an ever expanding work in the making.
This is a strictly neutral and non-commercial project, that seeks to properly and without bias represent the various religions of the world, for comparative analysis, religious study, and spiritual reading.
New Testament Apocrypha
We are especially pleased to announce that CR hosts the largest single online collection of New Testament Apocrypha - sometimes refered to as "the missing books of the Bible", these represent texts that were often used by Early Christians, but were never included in the final Bible Canon as compiled by Constantine.
Interfaith forum
One of the key strengths of CR is the friendly multifaith forum, which offers you the ability to ask, discuss, and read questions and answers from people of a huge number of faiths, from both Conservative and Liberal viewpoints.
Faiths actively represented include:
- Christian (Protestant, Catholic, non-denominational)
- Muslim (Sunni, Shi'a)
- Jewish (Orthodox, Reform)
- Buddhist (Theravada to Zen)
- Taoist
- Hindu (Indian and Tamil)
- Sikh
- Zoroastrian
- NeoPagan (Wiccans, Witches, Celtic Reconstructionist)
- Mystic (Gnostic, Hermetic, Theosophist)
- Satanist
- Baha'i
- Hare Krishna
- Rastafarian
- Native American
- New Thought (Theists, Deist, Pantheist)

Whether you're looking for answers, or simply curious about different religious beliefs, it's free to join and post on the forums.
